Please read this acceptable use policy ("policy", “AUP”) carefully before using SE Technology Web Hosting Service (“website”, "service") operated by SE Technology Web Hosting ("us", 'we", "our").
Services provided by us may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the services. Any material or conduct that in our judgment violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the services or removal of user’s account with or without notice.
Prohibited use
You may not use the services to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with any of the following, each of which is prohibited under this AUP:
Phishing or engaging in identity theft
Distributing computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
Distributing pornography or adult related content or offering any escort services
Promoting or facilitating violence or terrorist activities
Infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others
Utilize the Services to send unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as "spam" or "spamming").
Commercial Advertising- Email (SPAM)
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a SE Technology
server or using an email address that is maintained by SE Technology
Enterprise is STRICTLY prohibited and will qualify your site
for immediate deactivation with no refund. SE Technology will be the
sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Additionally claims investigated by SE Technology about spam from any of
our users or users of theirs, will be fined and billed for such
work. The fee for such an instance if you are found to be at
fault is $.50 per email sent and up to a $500 fine per incident.
Server abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any SE Technology server or
customer of SE Technology is strictly prohibited. SE Technology holds no
responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Any account
that abuses server resources and is not corrected, calls for
immediate de-activation without any refund of payments made thus
far. Any site using what we deem to be using excessive cpu cycles
or any resources that cause strain to other sites may also be
offered new terms.
Enforcement
Your services may be suspended or terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this policy. Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
